We haven’t taken this many new doll photos in a long time, so it’s fun to start posting on the new blog here with such a variety.  Working to set up the Etsy store over the past couple of months has been great for setting up new scenes! After the previous Star Wars Day post, I thought I’d share the other Disney World-themed pictures before moving on to some other set-ups. All of these were made in the same way, by posing dolls against white backgrounds and putting them into Disney photos with fun Photoshop techniques.

We’ll start with some of the kids at Disney Springs — our personal favorite spot for pin trading, shopping and photos! The top photo shows Kelly, Fletcher and Toni decked out for their trips into some of the WDW Parks. With maps and other accessories in hand, they’re ready for a day of fun. Sonja is also excited about being at Disney Springs, but she hasn’t decided where to go yet so is still studying her park maps. While she’s figuring out where to go, let’s see what the others are up to!

Kelly certainly isn’t a rope dropper (getting up early is not her thing), but it looks like crowds are pretty light at Magic Kingdom today. She’s got her autograph book ready, though, so she’s headed to Fantasyland in search of some of her favorite characters.

Toni knows right where she’s headed, and that’s back into World Showcase to see Paris and get a stamp in her EPCOT passport. Of course, there are some great French pastries available for a quick snack, so it’s a good thing she’s got plenty of souvenir money on her gift card.

Being a member of Islandshire’s local chapter of the Wilderness Explorers, Fletcher is heading right over to Animal Kingdom to see about filling all the badges in his Explorer’s Handbook. “The Wilderness must be explored! Caw caw rawr!”

After hearing about Jill and Silver’s exciting time in Galaxy’s Edge, Bethany and Liv have decided to head over to Hollywood Studios for a jam-packed day of fun. They’re all set with guide books, maps and gift cards. The question is, which souvenir are they going to buy?

It’s a big day here, so George and Hibby decided to get in on the fun as well. They’re checking out the menus and dining guides while taking a quick break at Docking Bay 7 in Galaxy’s Edge. Anyone have suggestions about what they should order?

Since we haven’t been able to take a vacation for a couple years here, this has been a fun way to enjoy the idea of a big trip! Stay tuned this week for some more photos, though I think we’ll be back to posting full set-ups for awhile and giving Photoshop a bit of a well-earned break.
